Household mapping & profiling
Each household carries a profile — dwelling, water, sanitation, electricity, income and vulnerability — and a GPS position captured on the ground with its accuracy.
A single trusted register for Kawoko Parish. Households are profiled, placed on the map with GPS, and every member is recorded in the village where they live — ready for more than 10,000 households.
Thirteen villages, thousands of homes, and one office that has to answer for all of them. The system keeps the register accurate, the map honest, and access accountable.
Each household carries a profile — dwelling, water, sanitation, electricity, income and vulnerability — and a GPS position captured on the ground with its accuracy.
Read the device GPS, drop a pin on the map, drag it to the exact door, nudge by keyboard, or type coordinates. Every position keeps its source and accuracy.
A member is inserted into the household's village, and the database refuses any mismatch. Move a household and its members move with it.
The Founder holds full access and is the only account that can create Administrators. Every action is written to an audit trail.
Indexed queries, paged registers and village-scoped codes keep the system responsive well beyond the ten-thousand-household mark.
This public site publishes village totals only. Names, phones and household positions are available to signed-in parish staff and nobody else.
Household and member totals update live from the register. Select a village to find it on the map.
Village boundaries drawn from the register, with household counts and GPS coverage per village. Exact household positions are visible only to parish staff.
Access follows the parish's accountability. The Founder owns the system; Administrators run the register; Field Officers collect data; Viewers read.
The public site shows only what the parish is willing to publish: village names, household counts, member counts and GPS coverage. Every personal record — names, phone numbers, national IDs, precise household positions — sits behind a staff sign-in, where roles decide who may read, edit or export it.
Each change is attributed to a named account and kept in an audit trail, so the register can be defended to the parish council, the diocese and any partner that supports the work.
